Why should I consider using ESRI StreetMaps Premium instead of OpenStreetMaps?

I am developing a mobile application for a big tech company..., and I am at a stage where I am facing geocoding processes and street network. The application needs to have high accurate information.

So, why should I consider using ESRI StreetMaps Premium instead of OpenStreetMaps? Is there any documentation on this matter?

Any tips would be much appreciated.

Alternatively, are there reasons you wouldn't simply go with OSM? I'd be curious to hear from the ESRI side of this as well, being an OSM user / contributor myself. Off the top of my head, I do know that the ODbL license terms can sometimes be a sticking point for some people.

Personally, I find the sheer diversity of the OSM "ecosystem" to be one of its biggest selling points. Whether you're looking for the features itself, vector tiles, geocoding and routing, there's someone out there (or, often, many people) working on it, and all in an open, replicable way.
