ArcMap had this little pixel viewer window, I can't recall what it was called. It allowed you to set a window and move about a raster viewing the pixel values in a matrix/grid. Can't find this feature in Pro, it must be somewhere?
In ArcMap, this tool as the Pixel Inspector and gave you the pixel values wherever you clicked or moved around. I went into Customize Mode in ArcGIS Pro 2.9.x and do not see it unfortunately.
