Now use 100.13.0 for android

My MapServer use token like

server1/rest/services/basemap/nxgxksldzdt/MapServer?token=" + token

and web can show the map but android does not work, is any special  config?

Runtime Version 10.2.5 is a retired product.

Please migrate to 100.x versions. Here is some documentation help on migration.
