Old Survey123 forms

I have a form created with an old version of Connect. it's feature layer is still in use. I want to use the select_one_from_file which was not available at the time. What would be the smoothest way to update this old form considering it will still feed the same feature layer

Two options.  Just type it in - it will take it even if not on the list usually.

The other is do a full blown update.  I posted a more detailed overview somewhere you can search for.  But basically start a brand new form with the new template.  Move column by column to the new style from the old - note they are in different order so must do it one by one.  Make sure to Right click Paste Values!  Critical or excel will bring the old rules over.  Note in general always use Paste values in 123.  Once done rename the xls to something else like OLD then put the new form in the same dir and refresh.  Say a pray.
