Survey123 linked to hosted service needs Hybrid Imagery basemap

I have two surveys that needed to be recreated and linked to a hosted service. This is new to me, and I could use your help.

I need to get the Hybrid Imagery Basemap into these new surveys; how do I do that? It comes standard when I create a survey from scratch?

Thank you Sir, for your links.

I was able to get the basemaps to load with these steps;

• open Survey123 Connect,
• click the Map icon at the bottom,
• click the basemap icon on the side,
• choose the basemap. 
• publish

This seemed to get all the maps to populate as choices inside Survey123. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
