Having issues where Dashboard can’t access the Feature Services or Map Services from our ArcGIS Server coming from a sde.
The feature service works on webmaps just not in dashboards.
Another clue is that the Feature/Map services work on our Portal Dashboards, but not on AGOL Dashboards.
The features are behind a firewall, I don’t know if that has anything to do with it. When I add these layers to the map, I do get a message saying “Layer “X” seems to be on an internal network and is not accessible to ArcGIS.com. Thus editing will be disabled on this layer”. However, I can still see all the features on the map. Just thought maybe this has something to do with the issue that the dashboard can’t access these layers. See image below.
