Without seeing your data it's hard for me to really know. I did find this Tech Article about the enhancement and a workflow for hyperlinks in table text. Would this apply to your situation?

Yes, it shows in the internals that this was implemented in ArcGIS Pro 2.9.0. I'd have to go through the workflow to test but you can do this now.

Thanks for the reply Robert. It seems to me I should be able to assign hyperlinks to a string field, without having to create a dedicated field that has the URLs.

Or am I misinterpreting this enhancement?
