Thanks for reaching out. You're right that individual card filters don't publish, necessarily. However, one workaround is to create a "Predefined Filter" on the page, so users can filter the data themselves. Create a predefined filter.

Hopefully this resolves the problem. If not, I'd like to hear more. I'll bring your request up with the team.
