Default Coordinate System when opening ArcMap

Wondering if there is a way to create a default coordinate system every time I use or open ArcMap. Currently using ArcMap version 10.8.1.

In short, no. The first layer added to a map set the coordinate system. In Arcgis Pro, you can define a project template for new projects
