Export data to excel - control fields showing

Hi S123 Community,

Is there a way to control which fields get exported in the Export function? I only want the four showing below, not all 20 of them. I'm looking at CSVs and Excel in particular.

Hello @elpinguino,

One option would be to create a hosted feature layer view on the data as you can control what fields and data is shown in the view. From there you can export the view as a CSV or XLSX file only including the fields/data you've specified.

Thanks for this tip @ZacharySutherby , I was looking for a similar solution as @elpinguino and, while not ideal, this does help make for a much cleaner export. Hoping Esri can implement an enhancement letting users select which fields they want when they export data from Survey123!
