Problem with the Print Tool in Web AppBuilder

I receive the error in the below image when I try to use the Print Widget in Web AppBuilder. Any advices on how to solve it?

Hi Tim,

Thank you for your response.

We do not have a proxy.

We were able to solve it by replacing the original test in the utility service with the below text:

https://gisportal.genelenergy.com:6443/arcgis/rest/services/Utilities/PrintingTools/GPServer/Export Web Map Task

The original text was:

https://GEANARCGISSDE01.GENELENERJI.LOCAL:7443/arcgis/sharing/tools/newPrint

It was just a try out so we will be pleased if you could tell the logic behind.
