Not sure if this already exists somewhere and I've missed it, but it would be super helpful to go to a feature layer properties and see which map(s) were using it, both within our organisation and beyond.
The only place I was ever able to find this information is using the GeoJobe AGOL administration tool. It's a third party service and costs a little $$ but gives everything you just asked.
