Enterprise 10.9.1 and Create Address Locator style locators

Can old style locators created with the "Create Address Locator" (either in ArcMap or Pro) still be published to a 10.9.1 ArcGIS Server? I think I remember seeing that 10.9 was the last version, but I wasn't sure if that meant 10.9.1 too or just 10.9.0.

@JoshKalovGIS You will be able to publish the classic locators created with the Create Address Locator tool to ArcGIS Server 10.9.1 and earlier. ArcGIS Server 10.9.1 will be the last release you will be able to publish them to.
