I have created a map using premium content (USA Crime Index) and have added it to an app. I have publicly shared this app and am able to access the app without logging in. I'm trying to determine how to limit credit usage for the app. I do not see a Limit Usage section in the Settings of either the App or the Map.

Which web app are you using? There is a way to configure usage of subscriber content in the Web App Builder app. See attached screenshot
