What issues external to the host such as network or browser issues may stop widget loading? For instance, I can't seem to get the Layer List widget in the following map to show up with or without a location selected: https://huntingtonbeach.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=b040870a1b8a4b089269b5316de22958 Some users are able to load it, some aren't. On my end Firefox 93.0 and chrome 95.0.4638.69 on Windows doesn't load the widget. The user I was in contact with that was able to load it was using Chrome, didn't get version.
