Compact and minimal appearance issue

Question

Hello Geonet Community,

I have a several select_one questions with minimal or compact appearance that are duplicating options. I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue. The duplication is happening on 3rd generation iPad Air field app and for one user in the Windows app. The select_one lists are not duplicated in the Choices tab. Below are a few screen shots. The change happened after the most recent update to 3.13.

Hello @AndrewPadilla,

With a sample survey I had tested on my end and was not able to reproduce the same behavior. If possible would I be able to obtain a copy of the XLSForm for testing on our end?
