Can't edit hosted service in ArcMap

I am attempting to edit a hosted feature in ArcMap (10.8.1) that I have used to collect offline data in Collector. I have disabled syncing in AGOL and have a ArcGIS Desktop Standard license. I think I have done everything I need to do to create a local copy of the data for editing, but it is still not working. (See attachments). Help is appreciated!
