Can I use ArcPro elevational surfaces to make a 3D map with my non-z value bathymetry data?

Hello everybody,

I am hoping to make a 3D view of my bathymetry data in arcpro. However, after looking at the data it seems to not have Z values...only x and y. It is a composite depth so I can't do much with it if I want to put it in 3D. Is there a way to attach it to arcpro oceanic elevational surfaces to give that underwater 3D effect? I have attached the bathymetry data within a zipped file.
