I am trying to share a map as a link from the portal with my manager but he got an error that he has no access, is there a way to share the map without adding him to a group? also can i share a map with external user (i.e. client) ??
If your manager is a member of your organizational account of ArcGIS Enterprise, you may consider sharing the map with your organization.
If you want your map to be accessible to everyone, you need to make it public. To do this, click the Share button and check the box next to Share with everyone (public). You can also use the share option on the My Content tab of the content page.
