I hope to cobble together a geo-located map, that provides a range of information--including financial analysis and geospatial related data. Can you build infographics that can be incorporated inside pop-ups?
Possibly, but it really depends on what you want the infographic to look like. There is a great ESRI blog article here about combining attribute-based expressions and HTML/CSS to make really custom popup content.
What are you envisioning for your popup?
Ideally, I would like a quad of two locational maps in the upper right, and lower left corners; and two infographics in the other two corners.
