pages with field-list not working

Question

Hi,

Since the September update the Survey 123 app on android using field-list appearance and pages as setting, no longer appear as pages you can navigate left or right on.  Before you could navigate the pages with the white arrows in the lower corner. Now instead there is no navigation and instead only fields on the same page that you have to scroll through. It worked with the previous version before the update. It does not seem to matter which version of connect you publish with.

Any ideas?

It's a governmental survey and could be sensitive, would it perhaps be possible to mail it to you?
