Find All Features not just nearest

HI,

 

I am looking to find "all" the features within a set buffer and their distance to the input feature. The Near tool only finds the nearest FID but i need to list them all within my set distance. Any advice?

 

I have two very large datasets so looking to  keep it simple.

Look at the Generate Near Table and Summarize Nearby tools.  Both tools do what you want, but they create different outputs: a 1:M related table, or a summarization.
