Hello, I am struggling to complete the ArcGIS Developer subscription to be able to use AppStudio. We need to license the Developer subscription as we intend to create native apps using AppStudio.

When you are on the developer tab within the MyEsri dashboard, you should see an option to 'create a developer account' or 'access ArcGIS Platform'. You will need to select either one of those options which will take you to the developer site.
Once on the developer site, you will see an option to 'activate' to the ArcGIS Online Development and Testing Organization on the right side of the page. From there, you can follow the steps reflected on the link in the previous comment.
Have you checked the steps of activating a Dev and Test Organization, and assigning an AppStudio Developer Edition license to a user?
