copy the survey123 form from other account

Hi,

I created survey forms with a 21-trial account and I'd like to copy/move these forms to my Esri account (ArcGIS personal use) to use a permanent/stable account to collect the data.

I used the ArcGIS survey123 web version, not survey123 connect (desktop version). 

Could you please help me with how I can clone/copy my survey forms to my different account?

I really appreciate your help before my contents in the trial account get deleted.

Hi

You should be able to use S123 Connect to download the survey onto your desktop. Then you can click on the options for a survey and select "Save as" and copy it to a new survey. You can then publish that survey from Connect to your new account.
