Is there a way to disable the Create New Assignment in Workforce - specifically the DispatchMap user interface?
We use python scripts to add assignments - thus ensuring proper inclusion and/or formatting of required details. This is important given we use Workforce with Survey123, and we want to ensure proper details are sent to Survey123. Ideally we would like dispatchers to manage assignments but not create new assignments within Workforce.
If this functionality doesn't exist so far:
- has someone created a workaround? Ideally not processing after the fact.
