Modify the way the transparency control works

Make the following changes to the transparency control:

• When clicking in the box containing the numerical percentage, automatically highlight the number so it is easy to change with the keyboard.
• When using the scroll wheel, make the values increment/decrement by 5s not tenths of a percent
• increase the width of the slider

The transparency slider bar is difficult to grab and slide. It is a pesky tool in the Feature Layer tab.

Nothing is broken. I am suggesting an improvement to the interface, perhaps for the next sub-version release. The transparency bar has been a pesky tool for awhile now.
