Using ArcPy, or maybe the ArcGIS API, is there any way to determine if the user's ArcGIS Pro license is authorized to work offline?

Hmm, I'm not an admin in the Org, so this is unavailable to me. Guess I assumed this would be pretty simple, since its a checkbox on the user's end, but I'm not having much luck finding it.
It wouldn't feel very reliable, but I guess one could pull the info from the License log file, located at:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\ESRI_Licensing\Logs\License.log
I would hope a better way exists for a non-admin.
