Hello All
ArcGIS desktop 10.2 is crashing when adding a basemap, I get an error that ArcGIS has encountered a serious application problem. See attached the error. Please help.

Also, ArcGIS Desktop 10.2 is retired. If possible, please upgrade to a supported version.
