Line symbology displays differently in dashboard than in web map

I have data showing flow direction from a CADD file. It is converted to a feature class and uploaded to AGOL. I symbolized the lines in the web map with an arrow at the end of the line. Shows perfect in the web map but is different in the dashboard. there are 2 images in this post showing the web map and the dashboard.
