Accidentally unregistered offline replica

Question

We had a person go into the field and do some offline editing of data. Unfortunately I unregistered the replica, not knowing what it was at the time and before the offline user synced stuff back. So the person has a bunch of data on their ipad that we need to push into our SDE. Is there any way to capture this data from the Ipad so I can manually add the data into our SDE?

You can connect the iPad to your computer, sync with itunes and then you can copy the data from the device onto your desktop. Then run the ArcMap 10.3 (and up) GP tool for Runtime Geodatabase to File Geodatabase. Then you can merge your edits back into your final dataset.
