Student Version- Need to deactivate for another computer

I have a student license for ArcMap. I reformat my hard drive and I'm trying to install ArcPro again and it's saying "exceeded Max copies". I opened ArcGIS administrator and there is no license shown. How can I get esri to deactivate my student license so i can active it again?

Ideally, you should deauthorize the license(s) before formatting your system.

The license(s) need to be reset by Esri. Please contact Esri Technical Support.
