I cant share my story map to my groups.

It says that I don't have any groups added that I can share it to even though I am a member of both groups I want to share to.

It's been almost 2 months, so I hope you already got this resolved, but if not, my hunch is that the groups you're a part of don't allow members to share content with the group.
