Is it possible to change the hover over text "ObjectId__count" to "Count" in the Experience Builder bar chart. If not, I can disable it.

No, there is no way to modify this or disable the hover. I confirmed this with Esri support and there is now an enhancement request for this.

I'm having the same issue on mine - I haven't found a way to modify this. Anyone know about how to fix this?
