Pro 2.8.1 Attribute table does not scroll with mouse wheel

Hello,

Perhaps this is a setting or a feature that needs to configured. I thought in previous revisions of pro the attribute table could be scrolled with the mouse but that appears to have been lost. Is there a setting I need to configure somewhere to restore the functionality?

mine doesn't (microsoft surface mouse)

shift and ctrl in combination with middle/scroll button scroll the table right and shrink table size

I am able to scroll vertically through the attribute table with my mouse on my installation of 2.8.1.
