how much does it take time to learn python for Arcgis pro usage and start to use to create tools ?
Well, I guess it depends on your previous experience in programming. Do you already have programming skills? In Python?
Whatever your background I think it is worth the time and effort to learn to use Python in ArcGIS PRO. I would recommend to use a notebook as you can execute python line by line which helps understanding what is going on and thus helps troubleshooting.
