Survey123 Feature Report - Colored Checkboxes

Hey Everyone! I'm trying to get the checkboxes on my report coloured when they have been selected in the survey [used to generate the report]. However, I am having significant difficulty with it. Could the ESRI team please help me?

I want my checkboxes to look like this:

I don't know how to do that in the native reporting of Survey123 but there's a software called infomaptic that works with any ArcGIS Online data that can let you do that and much more.
