Reverse Geocoding in NH

I am attempting to reverse geocode points in the state of New Hampshire using the ArcGIS World Geocoding Service.

I have set the "Within" distance to 500 and up to 1000 feet but all that is being returned is the REV_city, REV_Subreg, REV_Region, and REV_Countr fields. The REV_Address field is blank. I have tried this for multiple different points.

Is there another address locator I could use, or perhaps there is something I am missing.
