Equirectangular Mars coodinate System on Local Scene Glitches

Hi,

I built an App to track the NASA Perseverance Rover on Mars in 3D. I used elevation models with a projected coordinate sytem called EQUIRECTANGULAR_MARS in a Local Scene on ArcGIS Online. The scene renders and shows correct distances and heights, however it glitches a lot when you zoom in too close to objects at certain angles. 

I wonder if anyone knows a way to avoid this. Maybe a better supported coordinate system that does not distort distances and heights.
