how to create Tree canopy vector layer from raster image in arcgis pro ?
i have created training samples and classified image (segmented image), from which i want to create only tree canopy vector features as a separate layer.

Assuming your classified image is correctly classifying canopy areas, just run Raster to Polygon, then remove all polygons with a non-tree value. The remaining polygons will be representative of your raster's tree areas. From there, you could smooth / generalize the features to make them look more "natural".
