Way to have Grids align top vs bottom?

Is there a way to align this at the top vs bottom to remove the spaces?

This gets pretty weird when the lists are much diff

I do not think so but checking on it

This one has been bothering for for a while. I keep checking on-and-off to see if it will just magically work.
