Analysis data method is needed

Question

Hi everyone, I have two building polygon datasets from two different times of period. Let's say a city building polygon of 2010 and 2020.

What I need to do is to find out if there are any building polygons that are shifted or changed in this two years. Since I have almost 8000 buildings, is there any way that I can find it out without looking at it one by one.

Just one question for now: do the buildings of two different years have common attributes, such as unique IDs?
