Trying to create an offline map area in AGOL for data collection. It is a very small area but the packaging part fails every time. Can anyone offer any suggestions? Thanks.
I am having this same issue--also, when I try to create a new offline area from my device (rather than using Manage Offline Areas in AGOL map settings) I always get a download failed error.
I am using ESRI imagery basemap.
Make sure You use Tiled base maps and Please check data Requirements of Offline
