I created a swipe app, but the pop-ups only show on the left side of the map. Did anyone encounter the same problem?

The popups show fine for both layers on the web map http://streetsense.maps.arcgis.com/apps/StorytellingSwipe/index.html?appid=d59dbbfbf3da4cde9d5e05c81385287a&webmap=c6d34… , but not the Application.
I would appreciate your help!
