Building Change Detection

Question

Hi everyone, I am doing a project on PRO trying to pick out the new and demolished buildings in my ortho images. Does anyone have any ideas of the best features to find this out?

I'd strongly suggest checking out the Deep Learning  and Change Detection tools, if you have the right licenses for it. What you're describing is exactly the sort of thing that they're built to do. If you have a dataset of building footprints you can feed in as the training data, you're already a step ahead.
