I am unable to download the exercise data at the following link: https://esripress.esri.com/bookResources/index.cfm?event=catalog.book&id=7
I am an administrator on my computer so I don't understand. I don't receive any error message--a new tab briefly opens, closes, and nothing happens at all.
Can anyone advise?

look at the bottom of your screen... do you see a line that says
What do you want to do with setup.exe
It is an executable that needs to be downloaded and run

check in your downloads folder if you don't have full security with warnings set on your machine
Thank you! I eventually was able to download the file with Firefox (Chrome was blocking it)
