GIS Analysts that are into hydrology

Hi everyone,

I've been using ArcGIS Desktop for a couple years now. I've utilized a decent set of hydrology tools and messed around with model builders. I'm looking to develop my workflow even further. Esri is a HUGE place with so many applications. Any tips on where to go for hydrology nerds? I need a home and homies.
