I have a polyline shapefile and I want to know the total lenght of the segments for a specific area. My teacher suggested to use Line stytistics tool in order to calculate the total lenght in a circular area of 1 ha. I tried to use this tool but I don't understand how does it work and which value to put in the output cell size and search radius values.
I red the instructions but I didn't understand them.
Is there someone who know exactly how does this tool works.
