Fail to Run Ready to Use Tools and Faill to Add Image Layer from Living Atlas

Hi all,

I have issues to run the All the Ready To Use Tools such as "Profile" or "Find Closest Facilities" tools and also fail to add any "Image Layer", such as "Ground Surface Elevation - 30m" or "World Elevation GMTED", from Living Atlas: all the other types of layers were fine and added successfully.

Previously, I tried to clean up my computer and deleted some old version of the Microsoft C++ Runtime library, not sure if this affects this issue? Attached the error message below.
