Custom themes for StoryMap collections

We'd like the ability to customise the theme of StoryMap collections (button colour, font, background colour). This would allow us to create a unified/branded feel for collections and the StoryMaps within them.

I was surprised to see that the current theme functionality in storymap was not applicable in collections.

@Johan-Flodkvist -- We're working on it! 🙂 We have some technical work to do under the hood first, but we hope to release this in in March/April 2021.
