My layers in a webmap are visible on map but not listed in content or layers. They render, popups work, etc., but the contents area only shows the basemap. Any suggestions?

All the contents are added but they do not show up in the content or layer list.  I suppose we could recreate the map but would rather not.

Recommendations?
